The Union Govt introduced of the New GST last week in the country with revised tax slabs. Dubbed as GST 2.0, it only has three tax slabs in the form of 5 percent, 18 percent and 40 percent as the 28 percent and 48 percent categories have been abolished. This has led to several automakers slashing the prices of their cars and SUVs with effect from Sep 22. However, Mahindra is one such brand which is passing on the GST benefits to the buyers even from Sep 6 on its entire model range including the Thar SUV.
